- 1 cup uncooked brown rice
- 4 cups water
- pinch sea salt
- Grind the brown rice in a high-powered blender or coffee grinder to a fine meal. It should be a little coarser than rice flour.
- Transfer it to a small pot along with the water and sea salt; whisk together well and set over high heat.
- Bring to a boil, whisking continuously then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer, whisking occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve.
