- 化驗報告將於2-3星期後準備好，屆時WeDerm會安排職員為您作報告講解及營養諮詢，您亦可選擇用郵寄方式取回報告，並用視像形式參與報告講解

- After check out, WeDerm staff will contact you within 1-2 business day for arrangement of blood sample collection at local laboratory
- Report will be ready in 2-3 weeks after blood sample collection. WeDerm staff will contact you for collection of report and consultation. You may also choose to have your report mailed to you and schedule a virtual session for the consultation.

網站暫時只處理香港的訂單。訂單將於付款確認後三至七個工作天內處理及寄出。產品寄出後您將會收到經電郵發送的運單編號。
Shipping to Hong Kong only. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
如發現購買之商品有損壞，我們樂意為你更換貨品。
For defective or damaged products, you may return it to us for an exchange.
退回貨品 RETURNS
損壞的貨品必須於購入日期15天內寄回本公司。退回的產品必須是全新未被使用過的。
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
過程 RETURN PROCESS
如欲退回產品，請連同損壞貨品的照片及訂單明細發電郵至 tech@wederm.hk 與客戶服務主任聯絡，並獲取退單編號（RMA）。獲取退單編號後，將損壞貨品包裹好，並郵寄至以下地址：
To return an item, please email customer service at tech@wederm.hk with your order details and photos of the defective or damaged products to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
