    Water, Dicaprylyl Carbonate, Persea Gratissima Oil, Glycerin, Cetearyl Alcohol, Saccharide Isomerate, Pentaerythrityl Distearate, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter Extract, Tapioca Starch, Spent Grain Wax, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Cetearyl Glucoside, Polymethylsilsesquioxane, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Dimethicone, Tocopheryl Acetate, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Hydroxide.

    Shipping & Returns

    網站暫時只處理香港的訂單。訂單將於付款確認後三至七個工作天內處理及寄出。產品寄出後您將會收到經電郵發送的運單編號。

    Shipping to Hong Kong only. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

    如發現購買之商品有損壞，我們樂意為你更換貨品。

    For defective or damaged products, you may return it to us for an exchange.

    退回貨品 RETURNS

    損壞的貨品必須於購入日期15天內寄回本公司。退回的產品必須是全新未被使用過的。

    All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

    過程 RETURN PROCESS

    如欲退回產品，請連同損壞貨品的照片及訂單明細發電郵至 tech@wederm.hk 與客戶服務主任聯絡，並獲取退單編號（RMA）。獲取退單編號後，將損壞貨品包裹好，並郵寄至以下地址：

    To return an item, please email customer service at tech@wederm.hk with your order details and photos of the defective or damaged products to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
