食用方法：
- 成人：每日服1-3粒，睡前服用。服用後5小時切勿駕駛或使用機械。連續服用多餘1個月應先諮詢醫護人員。
儲存方法：存放於攝氏15度-25度，避免兒童接觸誤食
注意事項：懷孕或哺乳婦女不應服用本產品。請勿與酒精，其他有鎮靜作用的藥物或天然保健品同服。如睡眠失調狀況持續超過一個月，應諮詢醫護人員。如正服食類固醇，薄血藥，抗癲癇藥，血壓藥，免疫抑製劑，鎮靜劑，安眠藥或精神科藥物，或患有心血管疾病，免疫系統病，肝病，慢性腎病，荷爾蒙失調，癲癇，哮喘，抑鬱症，糖尿病，低血壓或偏頭痛，服用前請先諮詢醫護人員。服用後如出現過敏反應，頭痛，神志不清或噁心，應停服。

Instructions:
- Adults: Take 1-3 tablets at or before bedtime. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 1 month.
Storage: Store between 15-25 degree Celsius, away from children
Warning: Do not use this products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than one month (chronic insomnia). Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if: you are taking steroids, blood thinners, or medications for seizures, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system, to affect mental state or increase sedation; you have cardiovascular, immune, liver, or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar, or migraines. Stop use if allergic reaction occurs or if you experience headaches, confusion or nausea.

退回貨品 RETURNS
損壞的貨品必須於購入日期15天內寄回本公司。退回的產品必須是全新未被使用過的。
