功用

  • 透過精準DNA測試評估患上疾病的風險
  • 白金組合腸道核酸測試利用實時螢光定量PCR技術，針對一系列特定細菌菌種(gut microbiota)進行定量 DNA檢測，經過數據分析後，評估患上肥胖/代謝症合症、便秘、腹瀉和濕敏等相關健康問題的相應風險。隨後專家將相約時間，為用家進行報告解讀、營養飲食建議以及推薦適合用家腸道需要的特定益生菌，有效加強益生菌療程的功效，調節腸道平衡，從而提升整體個人健康。

檢測流程

  1. 當你完成購物後，我們會向您寄送【腸道微生物基因組測序包】
  2. 當你收到測序包後，您可以依照包裹裏的說明書進行樣本采集
  3. 完成說明書指示後，將盒內附有的回郵包裹郵寄至我們的實驗室
  4. 2至3星期後，我們便會通知您接收報告的方法

    Procedure

    1. When you finish shopping, we will send you "GUT MICROBIOME DNA TEST KIT"
    2. After you receive the test kit package, please follow the instructions in the package for specimen collection
    3. After you complete the instructions in the manual, you can drop the package to the mailbox of our laboratory
    4. An expert will analyze the report for you and you can receive it after 2-3 weeks

      Shipping & Returns

      網站暫時只處理香港的訂單。訂單將於付款確認後三至七個工作天內處理及寄出。產品寄出後您將會收到經電郵發送的運單編號。

      Shipping to Hong Kong only. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

      如發現購買之商品有損壞，我們樂意為你更換貨品。

      For defective or damaged products, you may return it to us for an exchange.

      退回貨品 RETURNS

      損壞的貨品必須於購入日期15天內寄回本公司。退回的產品必須是全新未被使用過的。

      All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

      過程 RETURN PROCESS

      如欲退回產品，請連同損壞貨品的照片及訂單明細發電郵至 tech@wederm.hk 與客戶服務主任聯絡，並獲取退單編號（RMA）。獲取退單編號後，將損壞貨品包裹好，並郵寄至以下地址：

      To return an item, please email customer service at tech@wederm.hk with your order details and photos of the defective or damaged products to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
