【測試內容】
- 乾尿液:皮質醇, 可的松, 褪黑激素(MT6s), 肌酸(Crt)
【下單預約流程】
- 購買時請填寫手提電話 以便WeDerm職員聯絡。
- 購買後，WeDerm職員會於1-2個工作天內聯絡您有關預約化驗所抽血的安排。
- 化驗報告將於2-3星期後準備好，屆時WeDerm會安排職員為您作報告講解及營養諮詢，您亦可選擇用郵寄方式取回報告，並用面談或視像形式參與報告講解。

【測試前注意事項】
- 一般情況下，任何人可無須醫生的處方而訂購他們所需的測試作健康信息用途，而非診斷之用。
- 測試適合成人和兩歲以上的小孩。
*請在付款後3個月內完成測試。如不能在3個月內完成，本公司有權取消測試並不作退款。

網站暫時只處理香港的訂單。訂單將於付款確認後三至七個工作天內處理及寄出。產品寄出後您將會收到經電郵發送的運單編號。
Shipping to Hong Kong only. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
如發現購買之商品有損壞，我們樂意為你更換貨品。
For defective or damaged products, you may return it to us for an exchange.
退回貨品 RETURNS
損壞的貨品必須於購入日期15天內寄回本公司。退回的產品必須是全新未被使用過的。
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
過程 RETURN PROCESS
如欲退回產品，請連同損壞貨品的照片及訂單明細發電郵至 tech@wederm.hk 與客戶服務主任聯絡，並獲取退單編號（RMA）。獲取退單編號後，將損壞貨品包裹好，並郵寄至以下地址：
To return an item, please email customer service at tech@wederm.hk with your order details and photos of the defective or damaged products to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
