1. 加速傷口癒合
- 在濕潤的環境下，傷口滲出液的生長因子和養份依然可用，新細胞的遷移也不受乾痂阻礙 。
- 在濕潤的環境下，大部分情況下可增加膠原蛋白合成，促進血管及組織形成，協助傷口療合。
2. 預防疤痕形成
- 在濕潤的環境下，傷口不易結痂，而乾痂會抑制新組織形成。如果傷口在沒有結痂的情況下癒合，修復過程不受干擾，疤痕形成的可能性因而降低。
3. 舒緩傷口痛楚
- 皮膚神經浸泡在傷口滲出液裡，「濕潤療創」有效絕緣和保護神經，減輕大多數人的痛楚。
更換需知
- 使用人工皮期間，須保持觀察傷口狀況。正常情況下，傷口會逐漸減少滲出液，傷口約三天至兩週愈合。若受傷不即時使用，會延長愈合時間.
- 當整塊半透明人工皮完全變成白色後或滲液開始流出，請立即更換敷料。
- 當撕除時，請輕輕從敷料邊緣以低角度移除。
- 若傷口仍未完全癒合，請繼續使用本產品。若傷口沒有改善，請立即就醫。

網站暫時只處理香港的訂單。訂單將於付款確認後三至七個工作天內處理及寄出。產品寄出後您將會收到經電郵發送的運單編號。

退回貨品 RETURNS
損壞的貨品必須於購入日期15天內寄回本公司。退回的產品必須是全新未被使用過的。
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
過程 RETURN PROCESS
如欲退回產品，請連同損壞貨品的照片及訂單明細發電郵至 tech@wederm.hk 與客戶服務主任聯絡，並獲取退單編號（RMA）。獲取退單編號後，將損壞貨品包裹好，並郵寄至以下地址：

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
