適合對象

受過敏症困擾的人士。

  • 吸入性過敏​ － 塵蟎、霉菌、花粉、貓狗皮屑、蟑螂、空氣污染物等
  • 食物過敏 － 牛奶、雞蛋、花生、海鮮、堅果、小麥、大豆、芝麻等
  • 其他類過敏 －可可、乳膠（Latex）、芥末、芝麻

注意事項

  • 建議2歲或以上才進行過敏測試。
  • 抽血前2小時避免進食，以免影響結果。
  • 客戶必須於檢測當天出示身份證明文件以確認身份。
  • *如受測者曾服用免疫調節劑 (Immunosuppressant)，或有機會會影響測試結果。
  • 上述過敏測試有其局限性，任何過敏測試都不一定能夠識別出誘發過敏反應徵狀的真正致敏原，不管該過敏反應的徵狀是已在當前、曾在過去或將來才出現。在某些情況下，測試報告可能沒有顯示到任何過敏原反應。
  • 如果受測者在過去的四至六個星期內戒食某種食物，有機會影響特定食物的過敏測試結果。
  • 偏食或禁食人士或會影響測試結果，如有疑問，請諮詢醫生。
  • 此測試可作參考， 並不適用於診斷或/及治療之用。 
  • 所購買之服務有效期為2個月，客戶必須於2個月內(由確認付款日期起計)接受有關測試，逾期作廢。
  • 訂購一經確認，不設退款。

Shipping & Returns

網站暫時只處理香港的訂單。訂單將於付款確認後三至七個工作天內處理及寄出。產品寄出後您將會收到經電郵發送的運單編號。

Shipping to Hong Kong only. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

如發現購買之商品有損壞，我們樂意為你更換貨品。

For defective or damaged products, you may return it to us for an exchange.

退回貨品 RETURNS

損壞的貨品必須於購入日期15天內寄回本公司。退回的產品必須是全新未被使用過的。

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

過程 RETURN PROCESS

如欲退回產品，請連同損壞貨品的照片及訂單明細發電郵至 tech@wederm.hk 與客戶服務主任聯絡，並獲取退單編號（RMA）。獲取退單編號後，將損壞貨品包裹好，並郵寄至以下地址：

To return an item, please email customer service at tech@wederm.hk with your order details and photos of the defective or damaged products to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
