產品特性
- 滿足極其乾燥或敏感肌膚所需。低泡無皂配方，能溫和清潔，柔嫩肌膚，在肌膚表面形成一層保濕膜。本品所含保濕成分高於QV溫和潔膚潤露
- 不含防腐劑，香料，色素和羊毛脂，適合最幼嫩的肌膚使用
- 適用於濕疹，乾燥和敏感肌膚以及其他瘙癢肌膚
- 保持肌膚的防護性能，且不會像肥皂那樣洗去天然油脂
- 清潔的同時為肌膚補水
- 為達到最佳效果，建議每天淋浴時使用。塗抹在濕潤的肌膚上並按摩，沖洗後拍乾

退回貨品 RETURNS
損壞的貨品必須於購入日期15天內寄回本公司。退回的產品必須是全新未被使用過的。
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
過程 RETURN PROCESS
如欲退回產品，請連同損壞貨品的照片及訂單明細發電郵至 tech@wederm.hk 與客戶服務主任聯絡，並獲取退單編號（RMA）。獲取退單編號後，將損壞貨品包裹好，並郵寄至以下地址：
To return an item, please email customer service at tech@wederm.hk with your order details and photos of the defective or damaged products to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
