產品簡介
白色軟石蠟也稱為白色凡士林。當您將它塗抹在皮膚上時，它會在皮膚表面留下一層油，防止水分從皮膚表面蒸發。它是一種非常油膩的保濕劑。它還具有防水性，有助於保護皮膚免受刺激。
適合乾燥皮膚或皮膚抵抗力弱人仕使用，舒緩濕疹敏感因轉季皮膚敏感痕癢，不含藥性，大人小朋友孕婦嬰幼兒都用得。既能滋潤皮膚，亦有助於緩解乾燥，痕癢和炎症的症狀。

網站暫時只處理香港的訂單。訂單將於付款確認後三至七個工作天內處理及寄出。產品寄出後您將會收到經電郵發送的運單編號。

退回貨品 RETURNS
損壞的貨品必須於購入日期15天內寄回本公司。退回的產品必須是全新未被使用過的。
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
過程 RETURN PROCESS
如欲退回產品，請連同損壞貨品的照片及訂單明細發電郵至 tech@wederm.hk 與客戶服務主任聯絡，並獲取退單編號（RMA）。獲取退單編號後，將損壞貨品包裹好，並郵寄至以下地址：
To return an item, please email customer service at tech@wederm.hk with your order details and photos of the defective or damaged products to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
