由我們的營養師為您進行一次全面的初步評估，以了解您的健康目標、討論實際可行且可持續的方案，並檢視我們的服務是否適合您。這次諮詢是您體重管理的重要第一步，讓您認真正視體重問題，並透過專業身體分析，飲食及運動建議，探索未來數週的無限可能。

- 隨時間改善InBody綜合評分
如您在評估後5天內決定參加「8星期體重管理挑戰」，該次評估諮詢可計入挑戰六次諮詢中的第一次（即您只需再跟進五次）。這代表您只需在扣除評估諮詢費（$380）後，支付餘額（$3,420）。
如您在評估後超過5天再決定參加挑戰，則不獲扣減方式參與挑戰，您須參加完整挑戰（$3,800）。

- 研究參數（去脂體重、基礎代謝率、肥胖度、骨骼肌指數）

服務流程
完成購買後，客戶將會於 1-3 個工作天內收到 WhatsApp 短信預約諮詢時間。
一般可預約時間為星期一至日 早上10:00 至晚上7:00 （最後預約時間為晚上6:00）

網站暫時只處理香港的訂單。訂單將於付款確認後三至七個工作天內處理及寄出。產品寄出後您將會收到經電郵發送的運單編號。
Shipping to Hong Kong only. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
如發現購買之商品有損壞，我們樂意為你更換貨品。
For defective or damaged products, you may return it to us for an exchange.
退回貨品 RETURNS
損壞的貨品必須於購入日期15天內寄回本公司。退回的產品必須是全新未被使用過的。
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
過程 RETURN PROCESS
如欲退回產品，請連同損壞貨品的照片及訂單明細發電郵至 tech@wederm.hk 與客戶服務主任聯絡，並獲取退單編號（RMA）。獲取退單編號後，將損壞貨品包裹好，並郵寄至以下地址：
To return an item, please email customer service at tech@wederm.hk with your order details and photos of the defective or damaged products to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
